about

Existence is merely an embarrassment, like remembering the lies you’ve said for the sake of a fix. We come and go like nobody’s business. Then we still have the audacity to claim that our intentions were always good, while living in a society on a one track path to hell while bumping into parasites. Sometimes, the parasites have the faces of lovers, our family, or friends. They are usually the hardest to pick out of the crowd. Sometimes we are conditioned to live with kindred foes. Betrayal is a simple word to describe such an immense dismemberment. The choice to let this sink in and not bother you, will be the medicine that soothes the pain of witnessing the mass fornication of interjections and blather that infect the world.

The digital replications of the visceral and physical aspects of our lives, are like the viruses that feeds and murders its host. The host, being the last vestige of humanity and soul. The clang through the train car hollering through the underground, the pitter patter of snowflakes on my black coat, late night birthday reminders of dead friends, the heartless singe at the edge of her eyes as she looks away, these amulets of inaudible memories wither together. Together, in the sandstorm of a pandemic of fear, which thrives in our collective isolation. Fuck, what a lovely hell to carouse for.
